Business Visa Requirements
- Original covering Letter from the employer (certifying that you will be visiting the Swedish company on behalf of your company/employer)
- Invitation letter from the Swedish Company (in Swedish or English) mentioning clearly the purpose and duration of the intended visit
- Copy of the Swedish company’s certificate of incorporation (PRV-Bolagsregistret)
- 2 recent passport size photographs (full face looking directly at the camera, colour, light background, bear headed unless special religious reasons.
- Personal Bank Statement of the last 6 months & Company’s Bank Statement for the last 1 year. Company/You bearing expenses should have minimum 370 SEK/day.
- Original Company’s certificate of registration and Original letter of Recommendation from the Chamber of Commerce
